Hope this newsletter finds everyone well and defrosted from the cold winter.
First I would like to report that after many years of excellent service Ann Mullen is stepping down from her Financial and Recording Secretary Position. I thank her for all she does for the Lodge. Anyone interested in helping to take these titles over please advise us at the meeting.
Our next meeting will be held on April 14 at 6:30 PM at De Pazzi Hall. Light food will be served. If anyone wants to bring desserts feel free to do so.
Our main topic at the meeting will be the Night at The Races on May 2, 2026. It’s a fun event. For it to be successful we will be distributing 5 horse tickets to sell at $25 each for each lodge member. Tickets should be available by our March 14 bingo.
On May 16 & 17 is the Italian Market Festival on 9th St. I don’t know if there is anyway the lodge could be involved, maybe walk in the Procession of Saints on May 17.
Hope everyone has a Blessed Easter and I hope to see everyone at our next meeting on April 14th.

Italian-American Tradition
The May Procession of the Saints in Philadelphia is a cherished Italian-American tradition deeply rooted in faith, community, and cultural pride. This annual event, often held in South Philadelphia, typically involves a procession of statues representing various saints, carried by devotees through the streets. It combines religious devotion with vibrant displays of Italian heritage.
